PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT: Roger Cubillas in Application No. 26:45, has applied to the Board of Adjustment to legalize a covered deck, driveway & 6 ft. high solid fence contrary to Sec. 430-35 Cols. 5, 10 & 13, Sec. 430-11. A., Sec. 430-275. X. and any other variances that may be required.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT: Wednesday, October 7, 2026 at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as the matter may be reached at the Municipal Building in Council Chambers located at 1001 Parsippany Boulevard, Routes 46 & 202, which has been set as the time and place to hold Public Hearing on said application.

Interest parties may appear at said time and place and be heard concerning said application and all matters pertaining thereto.  A copy of the map has been filed in the Office of the Secretary of the Board for public inspection during regular working hours.
